Use the VARIABLE SPEED button to mix with high precision. The speed adapts to the type of preparation: from the smoothest puree to the most consistent soups.

Use one of the 5 PROGRAMS – Smoothie, Hot soup, Sorbet/ice, Spreads, Cleaning – to prepare your recipes easily and to clean your blender with ease. The appliance stops automatically when the program is finished.

The PULSE function is ideal to roughly chop vegetables or knead dough. Switch on the appliance, set the desired speed and activate the Pulse function. The knives turn on maximum speed during a minimum of time for a perfect result.

Thanks to the digital timer you can set the preparation time. The touch display of the timer and programs makes the appliance elegant and easy to clean.

Thanks to its 2 horsepower motor, the Vitamix mixes all solid ingredients easily. The result is smooth and unctuous.

The INTERLOCK technology, developed by Vitamix, makes the use of the appliance safe. The base of the blender automatically detects all problems. Your blender only starts if the lid is correctly closed and the jug is correctly placed on the base.

The Self-detect technology adapts the timer and the programs depending on the type of Vitamix jug which is placed on the base.

The robust Tritan jugs, without Bisphenol A, are completely transparent and ensure a full visibility of the preparation.
