The safety system INTERLOCK, developed by Vitamix, allows the base of the blender to detect if the lid is correctly placed on the jug and if the jug is correctly placed on the base. Your blender only starts when these conditions are met.

The Self-detect technology allows the base of the blender to recognize the used Vitamix jug. The timer and the programs adapt to it.

Controlled speed and structure

Use the VARIABLE SPEED button to mix with extreme precision. The speed adapts to the type of preparation: from the smoothest purees to the most consistent soups.

The PULSE function is ideal to knead dough for bread, pizza, pie… and to chop vegetables or make energy bars.

Thanks to this function a wide range of consistencies can be prepared, through a super-fast and short activation of the knives. Turn on the blender, set the desired speed: for example 1 to chop roughly, or to knead, and 5 for a more mixed result.

Switch to automatic mode with the 3 programs, Smoothie, Hot soup and Ice dessert. The blender automatically stops once the preparation is ready.

A powerful and convenient blender

Thanks to the powerful 2 horsepower motor of the Vitamix blender solid food can easily be mixed. The result is smooth and unctuous.

The robust Tritan jug, without Bisphenol A, is completely transparent and ensures a full visibility of the preparation.
