Uniform dehydrating
The Rotative Airflow system ensures an optimal distribution of the hot air though the appliance. The precise and constant temperature dehydrates the food uniformly.
The hot air spreads laterally though the double wall of the plates. From the first to the last plate, the food is perfectly dehydrated.
Control of the dehydrating temperature and time.
A better control and more autonomy thanks to the timer – adjustable up to 48 hours – and the count down.
The variable temperatures from 35°C to 70°C meet the requirements of raw cooking. The dehydrated food preserves all nutrients and is easily absorbed by the organism.
A modular food dehydrator
Adapt your food dehydrator to your needs. By adding extra plates, you can obtain up to 8 dehydrating levels. Removing the centre of the plates and stacking the plates increase the available surface.
Perfect to dehydrate large pieces, to enable bread to rise, and even to make home-made yogurt thanks to the increased surface.
