The adjustable plancha
Plancha or grill/ barbecue? With the two massive plates in cast aluminum of the Plancha-Grill bi-zone, you can choose the way you want to cook.
And if you cannot choose, the two heating elements are separately adjustable to cook simultaneously.
A perfect and healthier way of cooking
The 2 thermostat knobs are independent and each have 6 temperature settings per zone (including keep warm). This way you can easily adapt the temperature to the different ingredients you put on each zone.
For a healthier food, the plates of the Plancha-Grill bi-zone are tilted in order for the grease to drain away to the juice collector on the front of the appliance.
